Do you accept new clients during the year?
Yes, we accept new clients at any time during the year. We ensure a smooth transfer of documentation and data from the previous accountant, without complications.
How much does your accounting service cost?
The price depends on the scope of operations, the number of documents, and any additional services. We can prepare an individual offer after a free introductory consultation.
Can everything be handled remotely?
Of course. Most of our clients submit documents digitally – via email, cloud, or our secure portal. We can manage all procedures completely remotely.
What do I need when changing accountants?
We need basic company information, the tax number, previous financial statements, and the latest reports. For a smooth transition, we also arrange communication with your previous accountant.
Do you have professional liability insurance?
Yes. We have professional liability insurance with Triglav Insurance Company (Triglav d.d.).
Are there additional costs when changing accounting firms?
Documentation is the property of the company/sole trader and must be returned whenever the entrepreneur decides. The onboarding and start of cooperation with the accounting firm are priced according to the time spent.
What happens to archives: payroll, VAT, annual accounts?
You can keep all archives in physical form or as electronic files in your eDavki (e-Taxes) system.
Can multiple users be active at the same time on the eDavki portal?
Yes. During the transition to a new accounting firm, you can keep access enabled for both accounting firms. You decide who has access to your eDavki and who you authorize or revoke authorization for.
